Sono rigide o sono morbide? Parliamo di palline da golf... Ad un primo sguardo tutti rispondiamo "rigide", poi incontriamo un amico che ci dice "ma no, le palline da golf non sono rigide, si deformano all'impatto" e in effetti ha ragione lui. Sempre il nostro amico ci racconta che "le palline long distance sono più rigide delle feel", ma quante ne sa e che "le migliori sono quelle che mediano al meglio la distanza e il tocco".
Tra le palline più performanti sul mercato e comunque tra le più famose e popolari, ci sono sicuramente le Titleist, le celebri Pro V1, che se ci capita di tirare dentro un bosco o un lago...ci fanno scendere la lacrima, pensando di non rivederla mai più. In ogni caso credo che ogni giocatore prima o poi le utilizzi, sperando così di giocare meglio ed abbassare il suo handicap. Basterà? Forse si o forse no, ma in ogni caso fa bene all'anima, quindi perché non usarle?
A questo proposito il video di Titleist ci mostra come una Pro V1 si deforma all'impatto, assumendo la forma a D, sorprendentemente anche a basse velocità di swing. Buon golf!!!

Titleist is probably one of the best golf balls company in the world and for sure is the most popular and famous, with the Pro V1. When we play with those balls we feel to be a better player, and maybe we are... and when a shot is lost in the wood or in the lake, a little tear falls...
